Our maple grove is our great pride. When the cold of winter gives way to the reassuring sun of March and the sap rises, it's our pleasure to be back in our beautiful maple grove which counts around 17,500 taps.
When the season begins, needless to say, we do not count the hours or the days during which we are busy concentrating maple sugar using proven evaporation techniques. We make sure to use wood fire to boil the sap, just like our ancestors did back in the day.
We produce three types of syrup. Either the delicate taste of Doré, the Ambré with a rich taste and finally the Dark with the robust taste. You will find our syrup all year round at the farm, in our booths, as well as in our summer markets in which we participate.
